Topic: Impossible to register a new product

Hello,

I have upgraded pianoteq 6 standard to pianoteq 7 pro, but when I try to register the product with the new serial number, a message appears : "please choose the related software licence below". The problem is that there is no choice below, nothing appears under the serial number…

Does it already happen to anyone?

Hey TCHOM,

I'd contact support - in my experience they look after you. If there's a glitch, they'll fix it. If you paid for something, they'll make sure you have it.

This is a forum for users so we can't really help with payment stuff.

Modartt are on top of my tree for making users happy - give support a message and you'll be golden in no time. (could be a browser issue - who knows here.. but they'll know your purchase info and what's yours to own).

Many thanks for your help and advises, I have asked the Modartt support for this problem and I hope they will fix it!

You may want to better check your "registered products" page. I suspect (not 100% sure) the upgraded Pro version may be already activated for your account, however the green "register a product" button is most likely for the instrument packs activation.

Thanks for your help.

Again, nothing appears when I click on "registred products" or "customer survey" : the only things I see is the promotional offers.

I have already tried to change computer or browser but it's always the same problem.

The problem is solved : I've asked the support and they reset my licence with a new serial number!

Pianoteq support is the best in the business. You don’t often need them, but if you do, they’re fast to help you out.
