Topic: what does (5 out) mean in the VST name?

When I select the VST in my DAW (Reaper) it says, for instance:

VST3i: Pianoteq 6 (Modartt) (5 out)

What does the (5 out) part refer to?

Because of the 5 microphone outputs that are possible in Standard and Pro, I assume.
