Topic: A pop track with MKI and a small musical prog intro

Hello,

The Celesta could have been used with Pianoteq but it's another instrument.

So, in order to "dream" or to "sleep" : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Cz833MoGOM

Here you sound very much like a world famous group.  I'm hearing an influence from maybe Pink Floyd...

Please tell me about your drum sound...

Pianoteq 8 Studio Bundle, Pearl malletSTATION EM1, Roland (DRUM SOUND MODULE TD-30, HandSonic 10, AX-1), Akai EWI USB, Yamaha DIGITAL PIANO P-95, M-Audio STUDIOPHILE BX5, Focusrite Saffire PRO 24 DSP.

That is a compliment ! Thank you ! Wobbler an Radiohead were more in my mind, but Pink Floyd could be too.

As regards the drums sound, it's simple : I layered two drum kits from the GarageBand Jam Pack Rhythm Section (70's and another one). But famous drum sampler suit better.

Thank you again for your prompt response.

I hear drums in your piece clearly; so clearly, I got the impression they were maybe modeled drums, likely found in MODO DRUM software from IK Multimedia.

Maybe a matter of mix/equalization ? I should take a look at MODO DRUM. There are some who appreciate it, some who are disappointed. Thanks for the feedback !
