Beautiful! And you've only been playing this for 4 days??? The future of classical pianism is in very good hands! Thank you for sharing this.
Just one observation, nothing to do with your playing: I noticed some distortion in the loudest passage, so you need to set your output volume a bit lower. If it starts going into yellow on the meter, it's getting near the 'danger zone'.
Thank you, Dazric, for your wonderful feedback.
You are right about the levels - I will normalize a little next time. The audio of this recording is unedited.
Yes, this performance is the result of 4 days work with no tuition so far, but that's at 7 or 8 hours per day.
It was a welcome break from the main repertoire that I'm learning.
The score was a Christmas gift that I only just got around to looking at.

Oh that is so good - well done Alex! Loving your freedom with the right hand - melody and such pure interpretation. Wonderful.
I can hear such new intuitions with touch - you are a wonder of great progress in motion and hopefully incredible satisfaction on your and family's part for achieving such wondrous results - keep at it, give yourself time and space, enjoy - and I can't help but wish to continue to enjoy your future works - such a delight - wishing you and yours the best always, cheers
