Topic: Organteq - Intensively and focused (Joke No 5)

I felt I wanted to demo again how different kind of music can be played with Organteq, it’s my Joke No 5 And the sudden, abruptly ending is part of my joke. Wanted an end in unexpected way.
The beginning is from something by Joplin + my own rambling…:)
I think the chord next before last, I hit a hidden stop called thunder/torrenne/don’t touch me!                    …..well, joking
btw, play it loud so you hear the nice Organteq pedal sound.
Can call this piece also Happy Morning with Organteq. I think, after about 30 pieces with Organteq (not all published), I’m soon like married - to Organteq!

Hello Pit,

Nice that you got the wonderful Organteq! And thanks for asking for advise. It’s easy to give examples of dramatic classical music (transcriptions for organ exists). But, when you say…. first steps for playing Organteq….and not that difficut to play….then it's hard for me to know what to suggest. Don’t know if you are a beginner at playing or just beginning with organteq…But I’ll do my best.
But, at first, thank you for that The three fates : emerson lake & palmer. Have not heard it. It’s fantastic! It reminded me of another piece with almost same style dramatic beginning - Stig Gustav Schonberg: Festmusik, organ, a swedish composer and organist (can hear beginning on Spotify). I found the sheet for the beginning of lake&palme on Google (part of it).

But, here what you can do:Write dramatic classical music organ , on youtube, and listen and choose…More Dramatic music indeed are also 1)Organ 101 - "Heidel's Glory" - Lively Dramatic Organ Music, 2) Organ transcription of Modest Mussorgsky's A Night on the Bare Mountain dramatic church organ music (Can choose some interesting parts), and Pictures at an Exhibition Transcribed for Organ): The Hut on Fowl's Legs 4) Pirates of the Caribbean - Davy Jones's theme cover church organ by Grissini Project….
And then, some sheet music can be found on net but often have to pay. I myself always go to my city library and sometimes the librarian order the music from an other city if not found at my library.
Now, when this corona sooner or later is over, I’m going to search/order sheet for Handel’s Messiah, Hallelujah chorus ( have been listening many times on yt)
There is an endless amount of music out there…and it’s hard to find something easy. My own recordings have really taken time, playing a piece 50 times I wish I could help more. But maybe someone else reading his thread also have suggestions. Good luck!
