Topic: Resources to support online learning, please help

It goes without saying that these are challenging times (to put it mildly) with countless teachers and learners suddenly forced to do everything online. They need all the support they can get, and I want to do something about it. I'm going to work as hard as I can to produce high-quality educational content, but I need help. If you are able to help me with any of the following, please send me a private message and we can discuss things in more detail. In each case you would get full credit for your contribution (real name or pseudonym, as you prefer), and I would be more than happy to promote your website, YouTube channel, or other music-related online activities.

1. If you are a confident player, able to perform to at least 'academic demonstration' standard, would you be willing to share some midi files? I'm looking for performances of public domain classics in the early to intermediate grades which I could use to produce public YouTube videos (featuring Pianoteq, of course ). Be assured that I would not use the midi files for any other purpose without your permission. Please do not send performances of copyright works as I would not be able to use them. However, if you have any notated original compositions (short pieces or technical exercises, no matter how modest) which you would be willing to share under Creative Commons, I would be very interested.
You might want to hear some samples of my recent work with Pianoteq before you send me anything, which is reasonable enough. That's covered in the next point.

2. Feedback on my fxps. Soon I will be uploading some fxps (with audio examples) which I would like to use in my videos. Although I'm fairly happy with my sounds, I still consider myself a student in terms of sound production. So I'd like some help getting a little extra finesse, especially with the new Resonance EQ feature.

3. If you are a professional performer, would you be willing to create and share some brief videos demonstrating basic piano techniques? Just some simple phrases will do, with the video showing a nice clear view of the hand. Either send the clips to me directly or post the videos on YouTube and send me the links.

4. Could somebody please make a video on 'How to set and refine your Pianoteq velocity curve'? Or help me to make one. Send me a script and some musical examples (with appropriate velocity curves) and I'll do the rest. Likewise for other Pianoteq how-to topics.

5. If you have experience with graphic design or animation software, I would appreciate some help with 'in-betweener' work. A sound knowledge of music theory would be necessary, but nothing too high-powered.

6. Blog posts. Anything which might be of interest to piano learners and/or teachers, is not too technical, and is suitable for a general 'family' readership. The more uplifting, inspiring and entertaining you can make it, the better. Lord knows we need all of those things right now. Don't worry if your first language is not English, it's the spirit of the message that counts, and I can help you with spellings and phrasing.

7. Ideas. I've got a huge backlog of projects already, but if I get some help from the online community I'll be able to get things into production a lot quicker. So, if there's a piano education topic that you'd really like to see covered in a video, let me know and I'll do my best to make it happen.

8. Links. If you know of any inspiring piano performances (any piano, not just Pianoteq) on YouTube with high-quality picture and sound (and no intrusive ads), I'd like the links. No need to contact me for this, just post them in this thread. Here's an example of the sort of thing I'm looking for:

Mostly classical (solo or with orchestra) but I'd be happy to have some jazz as well. If you can include a brief comment on the video that would be great. Or if you could group some videos into a theme and incorporate the links into a blog post (see point 6), that would be even better.

So, as I say, if you're interested in helping with any of these points, just send me a private message.
By the way, how does the private messaging thing work? I haven't used it before. (Edit: ah, I know now. You just get a message in your regular email and reply to it).

Let's keep the music and inspiration flowing, but above all let's stay safe and well as we do so.

Thinking some clear time is pretty likely (in a week-ish) - thought to let you know I'm hoping to be able to help out somehow. Sounds like a terrific thing you're doing.
