Topic: Organteq review

There's a long review in the free Soundbytes online magazine. It's very favorable.

Re: Organteq review

Thank you, mitch_i, for this. Up to now my ”production” with Recordings featuring Organteq include about 25 pieces with Organteq. And I’m always looking for new ways to use stops/registration. I like the registration for the demo Franck Prelude very much. I wiIl use it soon. As I have experienced, that sometimes 2 or 3 stops are enough to get a wonderful sound from Organteq  :-)
Thanks!

Re: Organteq review

Very nice review. I do like the Franck Prelude but for the Bach Trio Sonata I prefer a more ample but still contrasted registration in the spirit of the famous Marie-Claire Alain recordings. Here is one possible registration using a MIDI file of the Allegro:

Re: Organteq review

Thank you Gilles!  To my ears very rich, full-flavored  and widespread sound. Very ”possible” registration :-) You know, I’m very interested in combinig stops.
