Sample rate sync issue in Logic Pro X

I have an unusual problem using Pianoteq in Logic Pro X.

I'm running three instances of Pianoteq 6 Pro on three separate software instrument channels. The Logic project sample rate is set at 48kHz, but whenever I launch Logic Pianoteq starts playing at the wrong sample rate. The 'Perf' options window shows both the Internal sample rate and Host sample rate at 48kHz in Pianoteq, but everything in playback is pitch-shifted down.

The problem can be fixed by manually opening every instance of Pianoteq on every channel, and then resetting the Logic project sample rate (up to 96kHz, then back to 48kHz), but it's a bit tedious to have to do this every time I launch Logic.

Any tips much appreciated.
