Topic: J. S. Bach - Prelude (and Fugue) in C Major BWV 553

Dear forum readers/listeners,
This was the most difficult/hardest music piece for me ever. So I don’t play any reprises/repetitions. Had a hard time keeping it together. And I found out that many organits on Youtube play it faster than me. Although mistakes (I have so small hands and short thick fingers) I share it. But, after playing BWV 552, 553 555, 556 and 558 I probably leave this kind of Bach music for a while….:-)

Organteq is fantastic! I’m sure Bach would have loved Organteq and what Modartt can do. I love the sound of this pipe organ, and what marvellous organ music pieces to demonstrate it with! (And it sounds better with my headphones than with my speakers, too small). I suggest you try your own headphones to get the feeling of being in church, a big room.

Thank you so much for listening to all my Bach-playing. I hope you enjoyed it  :-)

Thank you, MrRoland! For listening, for your kindness and for thinking of me and my feelings  :-) I’ll keep going playing and composing, that’s for sure  :-)
I am so Bach inspired, so I’m working on my next piece, ”Bach-inspired part ll”. My own style of Prelude and fugue. And I don’t know about ”a contrapuntal compositional technique” - well, it’s just me playing  :-)

Thank you, Gérard, for liking my performance! I appreciate the compliment. Don’t worry about not playing Bach like me. I’m sure you can play Bach, just begin very slow. Give it a shot. (I played BWV 553 at spare time many days, and at nights 23 - 02 over and over again. Don’t give up.
We all have different abilities. You have unique skills. The way you play pianoteq, which make you stand out in my eyes. The joyful feeling you bring to me with your music is unique and precious.
