Outside this current sale, Music Production Suite 2.1 goes sometimes for as much as $999.00! It as an educational tool I feel can become invaluable to others like me, who also are just learning to mix, since it can show steps a professional audio engineer takes to accomplish several of his music production tasks.
Additionally, it might mix for you, whenever you’re in a hurry, and need something right away to show (off) to others —possibly accompaniment musicians.
Recently, I used Izotope Ozone (included within Music Production Suite 2.1) throughout each mastered track demonstrated in the forum post Engineering Pianoteq Steinway B Close Mic Preset. For which I took essentially the default preset (excluding a disengaged limiter) and applied processes and effects to it before mastered with the Izotope product and subsequently posted the outcomes.
If you will, check out that post (compare the default preset “Steinway B Close Mic” to it mastered) and please leave your comment.
