Unwanted MIDI assign (mute key)

In the Rückert Harpsichord, the key corresponding to MIDI note # 007 is greyed out, and the note is mute. Presumably this is a MIDI assignment but I can't see it in the MIDI Mapping list. How do I get rid of it?
