I am trying to purchase Pianoteq. I paid yesterday with paypal but have heard nothing from pianoteq! no response to my emails. Anyone else had this issue?

Apologies if this is stating the obvious, but have you checked your spam folder? You should have received an automated email with your serial number immediately after purchase.
