Topic: Is Yamaha Silent is a good DP for Pianoteq?

I'm considering upgrading my Kawai ES100 to more solid-looking piano for my apartment with high-end action, like Kawai CA67 and also have long-term plan to buy a acoustic upright. But I found Yamaha Silent series which has budget models like Yamaha b1 SC2 and it can satisfy two me desires at once. Anyway, I will mainly use piano as MIDI keyboard for Pianoteq and other plugins, so I'm interested is Yamaha Silent is a good *digital* piano? I mean good responsible sensors (for example, for proper handling  double escapement), full range (0-127) and linear velocity response, full-range and linear pedals response, and so on?

Re: Is Yamaha Silent is a good DP for Pianoteq?

I've had a Yamaha Silent Piano generation SG (2011) for a few years.  It was covering only a midi range of 0 - 100. Yamahas actual Silent System "SH" is supposed to have better midi resolution but I can't tell details about that. Pianoteq worked well with the Silent Piano I had but only after I went through heavy tweaking of the velocity curve which took several weeks. It was worth it! Good midi controllers or stage pianos certainly have better midi implementation than Yamahas Silent Pianos but the unique advantage of the combination is that you can have a real action under your fingers plus Pianoteqs playability and dynamics. Recommended!

Here are a few recordings that I did with my Yamaha YUS1 Silent SG:
