I know this probably sounds a bit facile - but I already have Painoteq on one computer (one license slot used) and want to download onto a new computer.
But I can't for the life of me find a download button for my existing pack. I can get to the deactivate page but not an "activate new" one.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think all you need to do is just install Pianoteq on your new computer, and activate it from within Pianoteq itself. Then your new slot should appear in the user area.

Yes, I was trying to do that but I can't discover how. I can buy it again but just install it? I presumed I'd have to download it from here. Or drag an icon onto the desktop.

Yes - or if you go straight to 'Registered products' there should be a link to download the latest version. If you haven't yet got 6.4 you're missing out on the revoiced Steinway D (and B, if you have it).
