Topic: One hour of Christmas songs with the Pianoteq Petrof

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-W0iQMMB3I

I've been a huge Pianoteq fan for years and have used it for a couple hundred YouTube videos of hymns and contemporary Christian music.

I think the latest Petrof instrument might be my favorite one yet!  Especially the Petrof Warm setting.  A lot of the other instruments and settings accentuate the treble at the expense of the bass, and I like that the Petrof Warm setting keeps the bass notes clearly audible and about even with the treble.

Every song is different and sometimes I switch back to one of my older favorites because it fits the song better (mainly the Bluethner Model One BA).  But I thought the Petrof Warm seemed to work well for this collection of songs.

This should get lots of views over the next couple of weeks or so!
Petrof does seem to be proving very popular with players in a wide variety of styles. I'm getting very fond of it, too.
