Etude

I tried to play Etude of J. Sibelius, Op. 76 Nr 2, but it was too difficult. Have been practicing it slowly, but not making much progress in speed ( when listening/compare to those fast versions on Youtube). So I made my own Etude, 2 min, 15 sec.
I don’t know how high technical and musical value it has, but making this, for me, it was both an technical exercise and musical exercise. And different from my slow pieces so far. I know there are concert etyde’s worth listening to. But this is of course not in that category  :-)    Maybe someone in this forum can play Sibelius etude with appropriate speed (it says leggiero…….). Anyway, I don’t give up learning the Sibelius etude.
