Topic: Steingraeber - no Sostenuto pedal?

Hi, everyone.

I recently purchased this wonderful piano. I was shocked and disappointed, however, when I found that the sostenuto pedal does nothing. I have all the other Pianoteq grand pianos, and of course the sostenuto pedal works fine.

Can anyone verify this? Pianoteq?

Thanks.
David

In the Steingraeber the 3rd pedal (controller 66) is by the default assigned to the Mozart Rail, but it can be reassigned with the drop-down menu on the pedal.

Hi, Gilles.

Ah, I'll try that! Thanks for your fast reply.

You're welcome! If you want this setup to be permanent, better to create a proper MIDI mapping in the Options panel or else you will have to modify and save all Steingraeber presets you use...
