Topic: Dreamscape on the Petrof

I finally got round to recording something on the new Petrof. Actually, I was snooping around the pianos and presets when I discovered Ant. Petrov Venue. It seems to be the perfect piano and preset for this spacious little piano piece based on a single pattern. It is actually a piano teaching piece published by Alfred. Wonder how it sounds on your system. Feel free to critique.

There are four mics -
a matching pair of 4007s above the hands (large diaphragm omnis)
a single 4006 at the curve of the piano (a small diaphragm omni)
and a mk4 off in the distance (a small diaphragm cardioid)

There is delay, jazz studio ambience, and a bit of compression
(all, of course, part of the preset)

Very pleasing to me! - sweet and luscious sound - the piece displays some of the character of the piano very well. Venue is well suited to this mood. Thank you G!
