Topic: reversed multichannel mapping?

Hi, I have just upgraded my pianoteq from 5 to 6. I have used a lot the multichannel midi layout feature in pianoteq 5 for microtonal music (lots of keys!). However, when upgraded to pianoteq 6, I found all the multichannel mappings are reversed. e.g. The original behavior was to transpose the notes one octave up when you move from channel 1 to 2, or from 2 to 3, etc. but currently it's moving the notes one octave down. I've got loads of reaper projects in which midi items are using the original layout and they got all confused. Also, similarly in the tuning panel, the +/- button as you assign the first note of the scale seems counter-intuitive to me. + is for rolling down a pitch instead of rolling up and vice versa. Is this the intended behavior? Do you suggest any quick ways I could work around this issue?

Re: reversed multichannel mapping?

Well that's a coincidence, we also noticed that bug today -- we will release an update tomorrow with the correct multichannel keymap behaviour.

Re: reversed multichannel mapping?

Kudos, that was unimaginably fast for you to release 6.3.0! I didn't realize that was actually a bug and thought "was it a new design principle" Anyway, thanks all your guys!
