Topic: Nuraphones

Hi all!

I am a new owner of Nuraphones, which use an exciting new technology for customising the sound for your ears. I haven't yet tested them with Pianoteq, but for everything else I am very satisfied so far. I bought them mainly because they assumably sound good but they also have a great noise isolation (they combine in-ear and normal closed headphones; so callaed "dual layer noise isolation"). This isolation is crucial for me because I use them in noisy live stage conditions. (No matter how good is the sound if everything comes thru, you know).

About the sound: with my Nord Stage 3 setup I have a feeling that piano sound is right. I don't feel any need for adjusting it with EQ. This is a good sign, because I know that years and years of playing have damaged my ears more or less and I think I have a tendency to compensate some high frequencies. So I believe Nuraphones have adapted quite well to my personal way of hearing.
