Topic: The Stray Bean waltz

"The Stray Bean" is the name of a Coffee shop opened in Versailles since last July by my Australian friend Christopher Fone.
I have this small waltz dedicated to him.

Listening to the changing phrasing and tempo, I imagine whirling baristas, grinders-a-grinding, a waiter or waitress virtually spinning a service tray past customer heads, and people talking and gesturing in all corners of the place - delightful!
