+1,
Finally I made the right choice

Re: Pianoteq 5 won Platinum Award.

Great news, but still waiting for it to be built into an instrument that is lightweight, and has onboard sound output.  (Speakers)

Dear Philippe, Niclas, Julien et al,

Congratulations on a job well done.  We musicians are the beneficiaries of your wonderful work.

Cheers,

To the entire Modartt team - congratulations and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Pianoteq will probably be quite the buzz at the up and coming winter NAMM / Anaheim, California.

Re: Pianoteq 5 won Platinum Award.

Congratulations to the Modartt-team! And Happy New Year 2015! I am happy with Pianoteq Standard, Mac Mini (8GB ram), OSX Yosemite and the new Garageband with Drummer(the killer feature). Everything works flawless. One year playing, Pianoteq was the right choice for me, indeed. And Modartt is making Pianoteq better and better. This ”soundarea” is of course something that will never be completed, and that is the way it has to be – continued development. I have lived long enough to know that, in technology/engineering, nothing is impossible(made music with C-64 and scoretrack already in late -80). - Ptq built in an instrument – or in iPad – or in a phone  - or in something else we do not know about yet - the future will surely show.

Thank you all, knowing you are happy makes us happy!

Philippe,

I sometimes wander away from Pianoteq,  because I am human and its just for a change.   However,  Pianoteq always draws me back to fill my heart and mind with the joy of its sounds.

So far,  for me,  your Bluethner is unsurpassed.

Congratulations!

Ian

Can you tease us about what to expect in v. 6, what are you currently working on? BTW, someone, how often are new releases come out usually?

Re: Pianoteq 5 won Platinum Award.

Congratulations!

I tried many piano VSTs and no one can provide me so big pleasure of playing as Pianoteq. Recently I bought Bluethner, it's amazing!! I spent almost whole day to playing with it. Thank you very much.

I'm waiting for new upgrades, because there is no limit for perfection.

Re: Pianoteq 5 won Platinum Award.

Congratulations to Modartt!!

They should have mentioned that its getting better and better (one can upgrade to the latest generation through a VERY affordable cost) and it runs natively on any major OS...

Congratulations!

Re: Pianoteq 5 won Platinum Award.

It's no surprise since nothing else comes close! Congratulations and many thanks to all the dedicated people at Modartt for providing an amazingly good, and musical, set of software tools that is progressively being refined to higher levels of quality, and that is prudently being expanded into new instruments.

Re: Pianoteq 5 won Platinum Award.

Indeed nothing comes close to Modartt technology.  I wasted so much time (and disk space) with other libraries.  Keep up the great work and I'll keep spreading the word.
