This is a simple question but I couldn't find the answer. How do I assign a specific midi program change (NOT a physical button in a controller) to a preset? I'm sending program change messages to pianoteq from a notation software, to change presets, but nothing happens. Do I need to include a bank message? In that case, how do I assign bank messages to the folders?

I found the answer. I wasn't able to delete the above post so I'll write the answer here, if anyone else is looking for the same info.
Go to Options > Midi > Midi Mapping
Click one of the boxes on the left column. Choose 'Program Change 1'. Click the box on the right. Choose 'Load preset'. A third box appears. Click it and choose the preset you want. Repeat for all program changes / presets you need.
You can also do it directly from the preset browser, that's why there's a "MIDI" column there!
