Topic: Feature request: Preset Management subfolders

(would be especially useful for those of us who like to collect from the fxp corner )..
It would be great if we could add our own subfolders inside of "My Presets".. would keep down the "clutter" when browsing through.
Also useful when we are saving multiple attempts at "that ideal preset" .

Re: Feature request: Preset Management subfolders

You can create any number of user folders, you are not restricted to "My presets", this is only the default name. Those you create would not be subfolders of "My presets", they are at the same level, but would serve your purpose in the same way.

Hello Gilles,
Thank you. yes, that makes the presets better organised in my Mac's Finder, but isn't exactly what I was requesting. I would actually like to see that subfolder hierarchy in the Presets dropdown menu (at the moment, the dropdown menu looks the same, whether I have presets in a different User folder or not).

Re: Feature request: Preset Management subfolders

This limitation is especially apparent when try to save, say, a reverb preset that has the same name as a mic preset. They can't have the same name. Which is kind of annoying for me because i tend to give names to my presets like "reasonable" or "from <insert other preset>"
