Topic: Cannot buy a Pianoteq Upgrade

Each time I enter all the appropriate information, it comes up with the reply, "your payment request has been declined by your financial institution".

I phoned TD Bank Visa - it has never been locked, and it should have worked because I'm nowhere near my limit.

Then I tried to use the Pianoteq help line and when I type in "Pianoteq PRO, the reply is "Please match the requested format". 

As far as I know, I'm using Pianoteq PRO - at least that's what Help/About says.  So I can't even contact the Pianoteq help system.

I was wondering if you had heard anything from Modartt. Keep posting so this stays at the top and doesn't get lost. Have you tried using a different browser to order? That was an issue for some. Try emailing them directly not using the internal contact system. Here's the email address I found under Modartt Company: guillaume(at)pianoteq.com.

Hi Glenn,

Sorry for not replying earlier, it has been a busy week end. Have you tried to pay via paypal ? You can use paypal without having a paypal account.

Regarding your issue with the support form we will fix this -- the form was expecting a version number, that's why you got that strange message.

I'd rather not get involved with PayPal - just another account to keep track of.

I've used my TD Visa card in the past with Pianoteq and I use it extensively online.

You can pay with your Visa card through PayPal without setting up a PayPal account. You will be invited to set up a PayPal account at the end of the transaction but you do not need to do so.

UPDATE:  I just tried using the PayPal option - it worked fine.  At last I can try PT5 out.
