Topic: Upgrade from Pianoteq 4Pro, to Pianoteq 5Pro
Sorry for silly question , - in Upgrade menu I'm not find upgrade option, from Pianoteq 4Pro to Pianoteq 5Pro . What I must to do, to make upgrade to 5 version Pro & how much it cost ?

Hi Shumas,
Just click the Products tab on the Homepage for Pianoteq. Select Upgrade from the drop-down menu. On the Upgrade page choose the first option: Upgrade Pianoteq (version 1 to 4) to Version 5. That allows you to upgrade any version you currently have. The cost is 29 Euros.

Yes I understand , that it will upgrade from any version, but ... to version 5, but there is not written , that to version 5 pro . Are You sure , that it will be upgrade from Pro to Pro ?

Hi Shumas,
Yes, that is the link to upgrade. It's how I upgraded from v4 Pro to v5 Pro. You will need your v4 serial number to do the upgrade to v5 and you'll get a new v5 serial number. When you click the black arrow to upgrade a window pops up asking for your v4 serial number and that information takes care of upgrading your Pro 4 license to Pro 5 license. It's all done automatically.
To activate the v5 serial number you'll need to type in the new number even though it shows in the form. For some reason mine would not activate until I typed in the code.

Yesterday I upgraded from 4.5.4 PRO to 5.0 PRO for 39$ (29EUR), no problem whatsoever. Once your payment is confirmed, Modartt will send you an email confirming your license has been upgraded to v5 and you can download it in your user account. Note that the email doesn't specify v5 PRO, but don't worry, it works for PRO too.

Some people got confused with the website, imagining the K2 it's a add-on to buy, not aware it can get free by upgrading to V5, if people whose it as one of the free packs option.
Maybe some few more evidente information on website could be welcome. After all more people will feel desire to buy if they know K2 can be get by free.
In other forums I saw peope quite lost about such details.
