Topic: Version 5 upgrade - ordering issues
Hi,
Ive just ordered the upgrade from Pianoteq Stage 4 to Standard 5,
and the serial number supplied cannot be registered,
I get the error "The reference serial for the upgrade is wrong or missing"
Ive replied to sales@pianoteq.com to see if it can be fixed, but just 'heads up' on the forum in case a more general problem.
Also, I tried to pay by paypal, but got an error from paypal saying certificate was invalid... so had to use visa instead. (again a heads up)
Hope you can sort my issues out quickly, I have the next few hours to dig into Pianoteq 5
