Topic: Logged in but Free downloads will not install

I logged in and downloaded KIViR.ptq and the other two free ptq.   I can drag these over to PT interface but I see a red Circle with a diagonal stripe.   Releasing the mouse does nothing and when I look in my instrument list I do not see any of the free instruments.

What am I doing wrong?
