A exclusive guitar add-on I personally don't believe Modartt have interest by now, since they prefer instruments based on keyboard playing.
But I think they could manage develop it very well if they wished.
A organ would be really a very good idea.
For a while at least you can find a piano-organ hybrid in one of the the D1 presets, and a guitar-like (similar to Stratocaster) in the CL1 Hard Strat, from the Klaus P.Rausch Collection:

I don't think an organ is on the top priority list of Modartt, since there are already a lot of both sampled and even modelled organs available elsewhere; besides, where sampling falls short in reproducing all subtleties of a piano, it's still a viable technology for organ. Just my 2 cents.
An example of modelled organ:

I agree that Modartt have great skills, since startng develpping the most difficult modelled insturment of all, a Grand piano, and so they are more than capable of develop a modelled organ.
But... perhaps the problem is time and money, since they would need to create, develop algorythms for organ. They have great algorythms for piano soundboard, piano strings, piano lid, piano harp... They would need to develop algorythms for organ tubes etc...
Lanny Davis would be the right person to opine about this modelled organs software, and compare to Hammond modelled versions.
Hey Lanny, are you there?
:-)

I agree, especially since (most?) organs don't have sympathetic resonance between notes, and other complex features that are important in a piano sound.
the example of modelled organ I gave was a pipe organ (church organ), modelled B3's are even easier to produce and exist since many years ago, look at this one for example:
Pianoteq would need something spetial, to blow away organ softwares from competitors, to make worth the investimento in creating a organ.
What do you suggest ???
Maybe a option to spread (change disposition) some of the organ componentes along a virtual church, or someting like that. Or alter the size and dimentions of the virtual environment, or the change general size of the organ tubes...
I think is more easy for Modartt to create a guitar because the sound is near the clavecin and the clavinet.
Organ (I want a B3) have not a percussive sound, it's différent and I don't know if Modartt can modelise the sound.
On stage is really good if we can acces to the sound of keyboard inside one plug-in.
Actually with Pianoteq we can play piano, EP, clavinet, vibraphone and the organ absence is cruel.
Guitars (and violin) are actually the most difficult instrument to "synthesize" because there is an infinite amount of expression that comes with having your hands directly in contact with the vibrating strings. On top of that, if you want to model, say, an electric guitar, you have to also model any kind of amps and effects that would reasonably be used with an electric guitar. There's already plenty of software that take care of the amp/fx part.
Yes but it's possible, Applied Acoustic Software, have the best EP in physical modelisation and the guitars are good (not genius), GSI have a really good organ but the others keyboards are poor (Edit : sorry, Mr73MarkII is good but not the Key Performer).
So I say, if Modartt can create a organ B3, wellcome, the quality will be good (the EP is not the best but it's good and usefull on stage).
Guitars and violinst require more variable ways to vibrate strings, but a grand piano it's a lot more complex in general.
Pianoteq can hammer strings, pluck strings... i don't think they would get problems to create some more variable ways of vibrate strings.
Violin and guitar require more solutions for interface for playing, if you have not a electric violin or a digital guitar for MIDI.

If they do put out a guitar, organ or violin instrument then perhaps it should be in a separate program. It still seems weird to have steel drums in the middle of all our pianos.
Sorry but precisely, the interest is that everything is in the Pianoteq interface.
yes, of course, this would be the main advantage. But don't hold your breath ! :-)
