Thanks, an interesting glimpse into the life of a Steinway tech, presumably a fairly senior one.

The second half appears to be a replay of the first half - without sound.

I can't help but reflect on the fragility of perfection.
Fortunately my playing doesn't need THAT level, or even a "physical piano".
Of course I need a physical keyboard, beyond that electronics is good enough.

Interesting comment about the "Impression" of a concert on the soundboard (though I think he might have meant the whole piano).
