WTF? Why waiting for years and going to court? Why not ring her dorbell and tell her, and when she won't cooperate, call the house owner?

I remamber about a small case on Brazil, but not sure if went to court or was solved by small instances like a agreement.
The pianist (not sure if was a professional concertist) had a grand piano and some old women neighbour didn't like it.

In the end he had to put some foam sheets inside the piano and in the door and walls next to the piano.
