download session expired

Linux laptop died.
Have new laptop that, for now, will only run Windows 8 (I'm on learning curve).
Logged into support from Internet Explorer and attempted to download PT4 for Windows.
Immediately got this message:
     Your secure download session has expired (or you did not enable cookies in your browser)
     Please go back, check your cookies setting, and try again
I have my privacy level set to Medium and set "Always Allow" cookies for pianoteq.com.
Never had this problem with Linux/Firefox.
I am lost and need a guide.
