$2600 (US Dollars)

roughly converts to £1600 (Pounds Sterling) Not bad eh?

Re: US price for CP5

Yes, not bad at all.  I remember feeling like I should have paid more than I did for my Kawai MP9000 - it's a beautiful instrument.

Re: US price for CP5

The P-155 is $1200 -- over 50% cheaper.

Although I am tempted to buy a P-155 now, I will wait until the CP-5 is released, to be able to compare them in detail.

If the CP-5 does have GHE (along with NW-STAGE action), and if the modeled sounds are actually good, then it might be worth the extra $1300.

Aesthetically, I can't tell if I prefer one over the other.  The CP-5 seems to resemble a Rhodes more than a slab DP.  For my small studio, either would work.

But if my primary purpose is to use them as a controller for Pianoteq (assuming that Pianoteq has better modeled sounds, which I expect it will), then at the end of the day, the P-155 will probably be my choice.
