Topic: fxp

I must have read the manual nineteen times, but still can't find out how to create and save an "fxp" file.

I can find them on the fxp corner and DL them but the above escapes me.

I have plenty of my own presets, but how do they become fxp's?

Re: fxp

Hi Glenn,
when you save a preset it becomes automatically a .fxp and it's stored in a particular folder where PTQ keeps instruments, addons etc. To find this folder open the preset management window within PTQ interface and click on the little folder you'll find in the right lower angle: you should find all your .fxp files in there.
To save it open the 'file' menu and click on 'save preset' or 'save preset as'. To do it within PTQ interface left click on the small disk icon for 'save' and right click it for 'save as'.

Thanks Etto:

I just got back home a few minutes ago - your description was excellent - I found them.  Thanks

Glenn

PS - where is this covered in the manual?
