Topic: PNOscan Project Resurrection

Call me nutts, but I just don't quit do I!

After a short 'I give-up', I decided to have another attempt at the project. Half the keyboard range is installed already. Here is a demo of the install roughly calibrated http://soundcloud.com/sigasa

He's back!

Kindest Regards,

Chris

Hi Chris,

I'm glad to hear that. Would you mind telling what made you to "give up" for a short time? what problems did you encounter?

Simply couldn't get reliable velocy responses. Found out YESTERDAY that it was the USB cable all along! (see thread 'P95b' post 16)

Kindest Regards,

Chris

Super, both touch and timbres. Based on the triplet-runs and the trill, short-run reliability, at least, isn't a problem.

May I ask, is that Pianoteq we hear? If so what's the fxp?  Liked it so much I downloaded the demo just for the pleasure of listening.

And keep up the project! Plus tell all.

I would find it very informative to have two demos posted, one with your new and improved setup and another where you temporarily switch back to that faulty USB cable.
