Topic: Noteworthy FXP

The FXP by Don Smith entitled GrandPiano is, in my opinion, worthy of note (no pun intended).

It is the first one that I have tried that I can actually use as a standalone piano sound.   Normally, I will use the FXPs as a layer sound with my Kawai CA63 digital piano.  This one, however, seems capable of giving me a standalone sound.

Others may wish to give this one a try.

Re: Noteworthy FXP

What did you use to load the FXP? Stage, Standard or PRO. In stage it sounds pretty good, sounds a lot different in the Standard trial version

Re: Noteworthy FXP

I'd like to put a plug in for the D4_Bosendorfer_challenge FXP from Kysinc, it has a nice big piano sound. I use this in PRO. I haven't tried the GrandPiano FXP yet but I have some others from Don that I like so I'll try the new one soon.

Re: Noteworthy FXP

I loaded it into the PRO version.

AND ... I also use the D4_Bosendorf_Challenge ... mostly for slow jazz stuff ... and I usually layer it with my CA63 sound.
