Some minor Pianoteq 4.0.1 UI Bugs

I've noticed that unlike 3.5.x the settings you choose in the freeze parameters dialog do not remain set when you close and restart Pianoteq. Is that intended? My expectation for that dialog is for the settings to be saved when I quit and restored when Pianoteq is ran again.

Another bug I've noticed is that when selecting a custom user defined effect preset it will turn that effect off if it was on. Steps: Turn on an effect and set a built in preset. Change a value and save as a custom preset. Change back to the built in preset. Change back to your custom preset and the effect will turn off. My expectation is for the state of the effect (on / off) to not be affected by changing the preset.
