Topic: post newe topicproblem

I have a problem each time I post a new topic on this forum.

The box where I am supposed to type in the TOPIC SUBJECT is underneath the box where I am to type in the MESSAGE.   There are also some things misaligned with the headings associated with those boxes.   Is there something I can do to fix that problem ?   I am using Windows 7 and IE browser.

EDIT:  You will notice that the subject portion of my last 2 messages appears as if I do not know how to type.   LOL ...

isn't there a button in IE to the right of the addresbar to go into 'compatibility' mode with older browsers?
I'm on mac myself but i think IE has something like that...
maybe that helps
