Topic: Problem getting started- help please

I have installed Demo version and ASIO4ALL driver.
When I play my keyboard Pianoteq responds showing I have pressed the note.
Unfortunately no sound out???
Not sure what to do next.

I would try to go into the OPTIONS menu and then DEVICES and see if there is a menu selection available for you to select the correct output channel so the sound goes where you want it to go.

Hello Mark,

When you press any virtual piano key on the Pianoteq screen, do you hear the audio?  Just curious.
