If V.4 doesn't arrive soon, I might do something crazy like buy Ivory II! We've all read the criticisms on the Pianoteq sound being inferior, but the playability being superior...I'm very confident that the next major upgrade will greatly diminish these opinions, but the question is WHEN!! It crosses my mind every single time I fire up Pianoteq :-(

A new Pianoteq version crosses my mind but i could easely be satisfied with less

You could do much crazier than buying Ivory II. If you can afford it, you'd only be doing yourself a favor to get it and ENJOY it while waiting for v4 from PianoTeq. No reason to punish yourself!!

Just signed up for the forum and am pleased to see my independently arrived at concerns (great playability, inadequate sound quality) expressed here. Have been anxious to see a V4 like evryone else. Somehow I have confidence in these folks and will settle for now with mixing in a sampled piano when things are sounding irritatingly twangy. Ouch!!
