I shuddered a bit when I read "Before You Start".
"a squirt of WD40" and "rubbing candle wax" are comments that bother me quite a bit. Why not call in a reputable piano technician? I certainly wouldn't rely on the sound engineer to get this right.

when the piano technician is gone, and the session has begun, you, as the sound engineer, have to be able to provide solutions when a problem arises... I even always take a tuning lever with me. Should just one string go bad, I can help. It happened :-)
