You will need to download this model (C3ls) from the user area.
It is an optional download.

PS: you need it only for legacy purposes because has been made to compensate the lack of sustain found on standard C3. Now all new models (since 3 or 3.5) have long sustain as default.

By the way, the shorter sustain wasn't an error but a decision taken by the team so pianoteq could be easier to play for people not used to a real acoustic piano. Now pianoteq's sustain behave as in the real piano. Wise decision IMHO. There is a topic concerning this argument somewhere in the forum.
