Topic: Feature: Numeric velocity curve editor, auto-config, import/export

I'd love to see some improvements in the velocity curve editor, namely:

1. enter the velocity curves numerically
2. import/export them (if the file format is plain text, 1. can be substituted by just editing the file by hand).
3. auto-config: you play some notes from pianissimo to fortissimo and it guesses the best curve for you.

Import/export would go well with the page where users share their velocity curves: the current way of importing by eyeballing+click-guessing is a bit cumbersome.

I love Pianoteq, and thanks for making a GNU/Linux version

Re: Feature: Numeric velocity curve editor, auto-config, import/export

I would like a "rounded effect", creating smooth curves even with few control points on graphic.

Photoshop tool Curves have a graphic with something like that, creating smooth curves with few points. See:

PunBB bbcode test

PunBB bbcode test

PunBB bbcode test

This would avoid the "segmented effect" that pianoteq velocity curves have, and sometimes lead us to the boring task of place a lot of points.

Ah, I hadn't noticed that you can already copy/paste velocity curves. Good enough for me.

Re: Feature: Numeric velocity curve editor, auto-config, import/export

I would also like Bezier curve editing in both velocity and EQ editor.

Hard work and guts!
