I'm getting ready to purchase Pianoteq, but I wanted to get the input of owners who are using it in a live situation with a laptop. I will be using it with a 253 gHz Macbook Pro,with 4g of RAM. I will be running Abelton Live 8, Reason 4 as well. What type of performance should I expect to be getting ? Thanks!

You'll be just fine. Pianoteq won't work in Reason, though (no VST support).
Pianoteq will be used either in standalone or in Abelton. I just wanted to make sure I had enough processing power.....
Should work fine. I use pianoteq live on a MacBook (4GB, 2.33mhz) without a problem through a Roland/cakewalk interface with buffer sizes of 128 without any clicks or pops.

Are you running anything else concurrently with Pianoteq?
I run pianoteq as a plugin in Presonus Studio One with audio tracks running, pre-recorded backing vocals and a handful of FX
