Re: CP33 facelift
You've gone from engineering a custom piano to this. Sad. Very sad.

Actually, Chris, I really like the stamps. I've tried placing stickers and whatnot on my various keyboards -- I even went so far as to "bedazzle" the keys with these clear, coloured dots of varying sizes, but the adhesive didn't last. (Worked very well for playing in the dark -- or near-dark.) I've got a few butterflies cluttering up the top at the moment, but nothing remarkable...
You just know that you're going to have to do a rundown of the various stamps for us -- what the heck is that cow supposed to be? (Reminded me of "Atom Heart Mother," but it's facing the wrong way. )

That's a great idea dhalfen! Actaully, all the stamps used are from the Royal Mail Millenium Collection (UK). I'd been thinking for some time of using stamps to adorn my keyboard. I may post the stamp lowdown, but I think Modartt wouldn't be to pleased as it is almost way off topic? Or maybe not? However, being off topic can be lot's of fun!

Is that to improve the timbre of the piano?
(it's funny only if you understand french...)

(And if you ever need to ship the keyboard anywhere, the postage is already attached...)
Re: CP33 facelift
My cat would love to play under Sigasa's keyboard ! Now if only we could create custom skins for Pianoteq....
Re: CP33 facelift
Holy guacamole, Chris has gone postal on us. (Yeah, I thought of the "postage" issue, too, Jake! Imagine walking into the post office and putting that on the counter with a knowing grin. You're likely to be punched. ;^)
Some people might find the keyboard's new "makeup" to be obscene, but I love it!
more tea vicar?
That's what it needs: some hand-painted periwinkles!!!
(Or am I confusing the reference here? ;^)
