Topic: Problem loading FXP file based on K1

Maybe I've overlooked something but after having installed version 3.6.0 (linux, 64-bit) I can not load FXP-files based on K1. It simply says:

"The preset K1RC2 Pathetique could not be loaded because it depends on an unavailable instrument: Grand K1 [RC2]. You can download...."

The same with the bass/piano-split-fxp found in the FXP-corner.

Someone any idea? I've got a feeling that the RC2 remark has something to do with it.....

Re: Problem loading FXP file based on K1

Sorry for that, this is because this fxp was built on a beta version and thus does not work in the regular version. We will remove or update these fxp's.

Re: Problem loading FXP file based on K1

No problem. I'm glad that you were all targeted on making the K1 piano ;-). I was very anxious knowing how to produce a bass-like sound with PianoTeq.

By the way: very quick response ;-) Chapeau

The Bass-Piano-split.fxp is now updated in the fxp corner, it will load fine in version 3.6. Thanks for pointing the problem

Re: Problem loading FXP file based on K1

It's my screw-up.

I'll post another based on PT 3.6

The SR stands for Solo Recording, but of course that's meaningless because the fxp I posted uses two mics not four and they are above and below the piano (which goes against the learned opinions of many on this forum).

Thank you both for the quick reaction and smooth action ;-)

Re: Problem loading FXP file based on K1

The JRz Guitar is asking for the Grimaldi (which I have) on 3.6, so I assume that fxp has the same problem?

Re: Problem loading FXP file based on K1

Sorry guyv, another mistake from us, it is now corrected and you can download the correct fxp from the fxp corner http://www.pianoteq.com/fxpcorner . Make sure you use the latest KIViR.ptq file (downloadable from the user area https://www.pianoteq.com/user_area ).

Re: Problem loading FXP file based on K1

Thank you it is working now.
