Topic: Chords recognition

I think the chord recognition on Pianoteq is too slow.
Is there a way to accelerate this?

I totally agree with you. Toontrack keyboards do it faster and have a more legible presentation of the chords. ChordieApp does it even faster. It would be great if this could be improved in Pianoteq.

In addition, I like how ChordieApp presents the second inversion of C as C/G rather than just C. That's more useful.

Having said that, anyone wanting chord display who hasn't checked out ChordieApp really ought to take a look at it. It is a useful tool for any musician to have.

But still Modartt, please also improve this functionality in Pianoteq!

MIDI-Jar on Github is a pretty nice chord recognizer, if you're after a free option. (Windows and Mac, don't think it does linux)
