Topic: Hans Ruckers II Harpsichord: Bernardo Storace: „Romanesca”

I continue to be captivated by the sounds of Hans Ruckers II's harpsichord from Pianoteq. In this recording, you can hear its various sonorities: 8' I+II, 4' Lute, 8' I, and finally 8' I+II + 4',

Fantastic recording Piotr! Your clarity of touch and precision on the harpsichord are perfect for this style of early italian keyboard music. It’s a joy to listen to from start to finish.
Thanks for sharing!

Rather than start a new thread, here's another short recording by the same composer. This time, I chose J. Salodiensis Virginal from the Karsten Pianoteqa collection.

And I think that this time the same recording above sounds better on the organ than on the virginal.
