Suggestion for UI improvement: hover over to show preset comments.

As the number of presents (and user created ones) become numerous, it is easy to forget how does each sound in particular. Often, the authors of the presets would include comments to explain the design. By including the UI change that shows preset comments when mouse hovered over, it makes managing multiple presets a lot more manageable. Just my opinion. Cheers!
