here's a Jobim tune that i don't hear played all that much but it's really great: "Favela."  the melody sounds very warm and inviting, totally different from the piles of snow we are dealing with today ...

Guaranteed ”Budo music”again - means high-quality, distinctive and recognizable cool jazz, whose trademarks are, among other things, innovative …… well,  ….jazz improvisation.

And, I will remember Favela because of the three beautiful ending chords. The last chord was like hanging... will there be more? No. Beautiful!
And with a good ending, the audience knows when to start applauding! Important.
